Career Mapping

This can be an online event, or an in-person event constructed as a networking get-together. The purpose of the activity is to map common career paths taken by the graduates, cross-referencing macro areas of the T&C sector, employer types, and job roles. We used a canvas in Miro, an online tool, to create our map, which could also be done with post-its in person.

The output of this activity is both a career map and the creation of new connections. By inviting participants who graduated in different years or from different places and by asking them to present themselves, the activity also helps create networks and may open up future collaborations.
